Paul & his team carried out a gutter repair & clean at my mums home. She is recently widowed and almost 80. They were keen to prove that she would be well looked after since I could be there for the appointment. Paul sent photos to myself of the guttering before, during the repair, parts replaced and evidence that they had tested that the repair had been effective. I would not hesitate the recommend them. They were professional, friendly & reliable. First class service!

I contacted Falcon via checkatrade in the evening and received a telephone call almost immediately from Paul. I explained that the roof just needed two tiles replacing that had broken off - he arranged for the job to be done within a few days at a reasonable price. This was one of those jobs that a lot of roofers would not bother to take as it was such a minor job but Paul not only took it on but got the job done quickly. Thank you
