I had a new flat roof installed by Falcon they replaced all my old Rotten wood I would highly recommend falcon roofing and building Ltd the worker that came were very friendly and polite i’m good workers

The quality of work was fair but several areas of pointing were missed completely, only picked up after I pointed them out from the ground once the job was supposed to be done. These were obvious mistakes that they missed up-close at roof level and from the ground. Not enough quality inspection. The agreed price increased on the day to include additional work, a sudden request presented as something that would probably need to be done to be protected from the weather. On reflection it was quite a price jump for the work done and probably could have been anticipated based on the initial visit.

Poor time keeping, not reliable and trust worthy. We clearly informed that our payment method via a credit card before the job started but after completing the job that we were given a personal bank account to make the payment. We were toatlly disappointed. We do not recommend FALCON ROOFING AND BUILDING LTD to anyone.
