We had a plant growing out of a chimney wall that needed removing and the brickwork repointing. Contacted Pat and he provided an estimate based on sending some photos through. We were able to schedule this in soon after, he arrived on time, did a thorough job and even managed to do a couple of quick extra fixes for a gutter at no extra cost. I also appreciated that he provided photos of before/during/after so I could understand exactly what was done. Would happily use their services again and recommend to others.

Fantastic work, we had a full reroof completed and the roof looks incredible. the team were really efficient. Within about a week of initially contacting, the scaffolding was up and falcon roofing had got the job done. Pat was really good at communicating throughout the job and we would absolutely use them again for any other work we might need on the flat roof. We have already recommended Pat and the team to a number of neighbours and friends.

Pat and his team did a very good job in West Norwood: here early, flexible and transparent about what needs to be done and how. Repaired roof, gutters, rendering. Left our place how they found it.

Patrick and his team are excellent. His communication was prompt from our initial phone call to the end of the job. He quickly identified the cause of our flat roof leak and explained what would be required to remedy it. He provided a quote in a timely manner and was available to answer questions. On the day the job was scheduled, the team arrived on time and promptly started work. As promised, the job was completed in one day and Patrick sent photos of the finished work and whilst the work was taking place. His team were respectful of our home and left it in a clean and tidy condition.
