Stephen attended this morning to assess what's needed to resolve a dropping door as part of an existing double glazing unit. He was polite, knowledgable and friendly. He resolved the door problem on the spot and it turned out we did need complete new windows and door. He did not make it a sales opportunity and instead gave clear and honest advice. We highly recommend Falcon Windows Sutton.

After several quotes ranging from £300 to £1,100 this company [Steve} delivered a prompt service at a very sensible price, this company knows their stuff!

Falcon Windows fitted 2 bays and 3 standard windows to my property. The guys were friendly, polite and courteous and the work was done to a very high standard - it's worth mentioning that the previous windows were very poorly installed and the upstairs bay proved a nightmare for the team. Despite this they took it in their stride and soldiered on to get the job done without complaint! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend Falcon if you're looking for replacement windows.

I cannot recommend Falcon Windows enough. From start to finish, they were friendly, professional, and helpful - everything that we needed when choosing our new front door. Demi has been incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process - helping us when we wanted to make changes to our design, and make a bespoke stained glass top-light. The team that came out to do the fitting were really responsive and lovely, and their work is top quality.
