  I cannot recommend Sabah and his team highly enough! They completely transformed my small back garden. Since there is no side or back entrance, I was worried about everything having to come through the house, but they managed it seamlessly. The garden had a lot of gravel and paving stones, and while another contractor told me they would need to be removed, Sabah assured me they would serve as a solid foundation for the new paving slabs—saving time and effort. Amazing job! Despite the cold and rain, they worked tirelessly for 3 days, breaking up old concrete and laying the new slabs.

  Fancy Design responded to my request promptly, visiting the site before offering a quote. We were unable to accept immediately but Sabah was very patient with us! When we were ready to go ahead he came within a few days and completed the job to a high standard.

  From the quickness of quoting to the quickness of work starting and finishing I cannot fault this company the reliability of the team the politeness and most of all the hard work and graft what they did in a short space of time they have transformed my garden ready for the summer days ahead . Would I recommend this company 100 percent .

  Front garden paving a brick wall

  Sabah and his team did a great job of our front garden. He discussed options and quoted quickly. When we decided to go ahead with the job he had good availability and was punctual and carried out the job to the agreed timeframe. The quality of the job was high and as agreed. He was respectful of our house and space, keeping noise and mess to a minimum and kept the site very tidy at the end of every day. I would high recommend Sabah and his team for a job of this type.
