    FLAT RENOVATION

    Mo and his team are really good. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will be proud to show to anyone the work they have done to our flat. Mo transformed our flat to a very beautiful, cozy and comfortable home to live. His team are all hardworking , punctual and polite. They really are the Best. Thanks to Mo and his team ... we now have a lovely flat this Christmas ...

    2 bedroom flat renovation

    We are very pleased with the outcome of the works undertaken, which included stripping the existing flooring and wallpapers, electrical works, putting in new engineered wood flooring, painting walls and woodworks, etc.

    Flooring, decorating, electrical decking a balcony.

    Very pleased with the work servics I would highly recommend this firm as they have done the works with passion to please the client left the place tidy and was very polite throughout

    Major work in the bathroom, largely fitting a screen around the bath tub.

    Very good teamwork, done in a friendly spirit. I was particularly impressed by the care that was taken not to leave any mess; they vacuumed and removed all debris. I offered drinks and biscuits, but these were refused, except for a cup of coffee on the first day. Apart from this, they worked without break, not even stopping for lunch. I am in my late eighties, and they were very considerate of me throughout. You may publish these comments, provided you keep them anonymous: e.G. 'Happy customer'.

    Repairs to bedroom ceiling and wall.

    As well as the above scores we would like to add something unusual. The ceiling was in our son's bedroom. He is autistic and finds any disruption very distressing. When we explained this the work was completed, immaculately, in half the originally estimated time and they cleared up after the first day so our son could sleep in his room. We hope to use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.

  • We’ll visit your property or building, and provide free recommendations on your designs, plans, and proposed work.
  • Immediately after this visit you’ll receive a free and approximate cost estimate for the works.
  • If you’re happy with this estimate we’ll then provide you with a full and accurate breakdown of costs. This breakdown costs £95+Vat , but is taken off your final bill if you go ahead with F&M Renovations.
