Poor
A dude installed our lockbox upside down and took multiple prompts from me to actually install it how it was meant to be - including showing him an additional screw that he was meant to use but was planning on not using. They charged us a massive markup on a handle which has now broken after 3 years. we were assured the handle was high quality

Garden cleaning
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY May sound very good and helpful over the phone but otherwise useless at getting back to you. Cancelled on the day. Before that was told we would have 5 hours of gardening services, turned out to be 2 gardeners for 2.5 hours work which equates to 5 hours!!!! Wasn't told that at the time!!! Also charged an unauthorised charge of £4 for C02 off set emmisons charge again not mentioned. Still awaiting a call back to get £165 refund. If we don't get a response will go to trading standards. Can't believe they would treat my 78year old mum like this!
