One of the worst experiences I have ever had in over 20 years of using similar companies. They were booked to move a bed from one address to another, and return another bed to the original address. I was told this would be a two hour job, and I signed up for the Fantastic Club membership so that I could use them for other services in my newly bought flat. I explained that my property was a new build, and that they would need additional address details, which I provided.
