No fuss and hassle, came, inspected, went to buy the new tap and replaced in 2 hours total.

I had a leaking shower that needed fixing. Although FS took payment up front they failed completely with communication so I had no idea what was happening. I consistently had to chase them. The problem actually needed to be discussed with somebody who knew what they were doing. It would have been simpler and cheaper to have gone directly to the plumber.

The plumber kept me informed on his arrival time, was friendly, and did a good job.
