Storage and removals

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I used this companies removal service over a year ago. They then advised me they'd signed me up to their members club and an annual charge would be taken from my acount. I immediately requested to be removed and for this not to happen (Sep 2021), to this week find they have charged my account for this service. Small flat removals
Absolutely terrible, the men couldn’t lift/move my kitchen dresser. Despite explaining that the shelves and drawers could be taken out, they still insisted it was too heavy. I then had to pay a further £150 to another removals service who were able to move the dresser with ease. The company called to give me an option of stopping the entire job but we needed to be out that day. Packing was shocking, items were just thrown into boxes without any care or respect.
