Nigel was great from start to finish. Offered advice & took the time to ensure he understood what we wanted. We had mix of styles within the LVT range. Work started & finished on time, having Nigel & Ollie around was easy, they were both friendly & professional. There were some challenges, as expected with a house of over 120 years old, Nigel was able to deal with these to ensure the floor was level and took time to lay out the design to ensure you looked perfect, especially around the unusual shaped kitchen. Nigel and his team did a great job fitting our carpet. He carefully explained the process, offered a wide range of carpets to choose from and was punctual and tidy with all his work along with his small team of helpers. Having had a Karndean floor laid by Nigel and his team in 2013 which still looked great I had no hesitation in going back to Farrants Flooring to have something similar laid in the living room. Nigel provided me with advice and samples giving me time to choose at my leisure.
