After approximately 3 weeks the plaster from the landing ceiling came away and dropped off, the plasterer returned and re done the ceiling, on my return from holiday a week later I was able to view the reworked ceiling for the first time and found the finish to be very poor, I have tried to make contact and given the plasterer an opportunity to rectlfy the ceiling, sending numerous photographs to him but he has stopped responding to my messages so I will be spending more money to have the plaster removed and re done to an acceptable standard.

We first did the job to a high standard and did everything correctly. However, when the ceiling fell down we agreed to go back and re-do it free of charge, even though this was not down to our error. I believe the reason the ceiling fell down was due to the customer having work done whilst the ceiling wasn’t dry properly. The work caused movement which caused the ceiling to fall down. Although we did return to re-do this free of charge, the customer remained dissatisfied. I would kindly ask our future customers to look at our other reviews to get a full understanding of the kind of service we provide our customers with.
