  Fascia / Soffits / Guttering

  Bungalow in Stourbridge

We were recommended to Rob by another guy who was doing work on our bungalow. Rob came to see us quickly and gave us a quote on fascias and soffits that we needed replacing. He kept in touch with us in the meantime up until he started the work. Rob and Andy did an amazing job on our bungalow and to a high standard they always friendly even though the job was a tough one. I would have no problem recommending Rob and Andy to do the job for you, you won't find anyone any better. Thanks again

  Replace Soffits and Guttering

We worked with Fascia Fascia to replace our Soffits and Guttering a few weeks ago. From our first meeting discussing the works, written quotation (which was competitive) to undertaking all the work including arranging the scaffolding Rob and his team were both very Friendly, Professional and Reliable. Rob had an extensive breadth of industry experience which we really valued, as such we asked if Rob would undertake some additional works which he did without hesitation. When away we frequently entrusted Rob with access to our property, as such we would 100% recommend Rob and Fascia Fascia.

  10/10

We were recommended Rob at Fascia Fascia Bromsgrove by a friend, and we’re so glad we took their advice. Excellent service from the initial call right through to completion. Rob was professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The workmanship is outstanding, he’s clearly excellent at his craft, with fantastic attention to detail and real pride in his work. Our new fascias and guttering look excellent and have made such a difference to the house. Everything was finished to a really high standard and left clean and tidy. 10/10 from start to finish, highly recommend. Thank Rob :)

  Fundamental errors were made

Rob Edwards fitted soffits and guttering to my dormer bungalow. He and his co-worker worked hard and were polite but I was disappointed to find that they had not replaced a broken, patched - up rain diverter and placed it at a height which caused the water butt to overflow. I subsequently discovered that the guttering was a very old system which is not generally used now. Rob said that he would come back to correct this and replace the diverter. The work was completed in March but he has not come back. it may be that he has had health issues. I would not recommend him.

I am very disappointed by this review, which I feel is unfair and does not accurately reflect the work carried out. The Freeflow guttering system installed is a well-established and widely used system within the building industry, contrary to the suggestion that it is an outdated system. The original remit was to remove the water butts, but when the customer changed her mind and asked to retain one, we accommodated this request at no extra cost, reusing the existing fittings. The installation itself was completed to our usual high standard, as reflected in our many other reviews.

I was delighted with the work that Rob & Andy did to replace guttering and downpipes. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed as planned. The guys were polite, professional, efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and/or use them again. Thanks!

  Gutter and fascia replacement

Rob came out to give us a quote and explained what we would need. Booked him for the job there and then. He kept us informed of when and what would be done and we are really pleased with his work. Would recommend him to friends and family.
