Beware...takes a 30% deposit up front - communication dire - lots of empty promises - been waiting 10 weeks for One piece of glass to be fitted!  Now fighting to get my deposit back -- use at your peril

Excellent service throughout. Chris responded to emails quickly, attended my house when he said in would to give a quote. Very reasonable price compared to previous replacement by other companies. I paid a small deposit. Glass fitted shortly afterwards at time agreed. Fitted quickly with no mess left for me to clean up. Paid outstanding balance after work completed. Would use again and have recommended to family and friends.

Chris called when he was on the way, arrived on time and set to work straight away. He clarified how I wanted all the little awkward bits doing as he went so it was perfect when he finished. He took all the waste materials away with him and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have know he had been. Except for the lovely new windows. Perfect service.

Chris visited us and provided a quote which was excellent value for money, so much so that we had all the windows replaced not just the steamed up ones. Fitted the new units two weeks later and left us contact information if any problem should arise. He is very approachable, helpful and professional. He took all the old windows away and left the place spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending him 100%. Thank you Chris. 10 out of 10 from us!
