I was contacted immediately by phone and e mail. An appointment was made for the following day which was unbelievable. The person carrying out the work was very professional and careful. I was kept up to date about the expected arrival time.

Blocked drains twice in 2 months.

We had an issue with downstairs loo, kitchen drain and manhole all being backed up. We had it jetted 2 months ago with a different company and problem came back with a vengeance. Went on Web and found dave at fastfix who came out the next day and cleared the blockage and put the camera down and managed to find out the problem lies with welsh water as the issue (FAULTY TRAP) is outside our boundary so if the problem occurs again, which it will, will be upto welsh water to repair so having to find over £150 every 2 months will not be our problem. Really grateful for this. Great workmanship.

The blockage was cleared swiftly and the engineer showed me CCTV footage to explain how the blockage occurred and how to prevent further blockages. Price was as quoted.

Replacement of a very tired/limescale encrusted kitchen tap.

FastFix have been superb, I’ve used them to replace the header tank ball valve and also to replace Mum’s kitchen tap that was really past its best. FastFix have been professional, their knowledge and experience are extensive. They came when they said, left the place in good order and made sure my elderly Mum was completely happy with her new tap.
