Michael has been to clear our drains 3 times following some building work. He turned up when he said he would, cleared our drains (explaining exactly what the issue was) and was an absolute delight to deal with.

Derek responded quickly to my call. He unblocked toilet and checked it was clear in our main drain. He gave advise and showed me how the system worked for future problems.
