I had a problem with my fridge freezer. The engineer from Faultfree (named Dominique) arrived on schedule on a Sunday ,very quickly diagnosed a blockage in the evaporator drain and immediately got down to work to deal with it. I was most impressed by his commitment, expertise and professionalism. The problem was dealt with. I would certain consider that 5-star service. And ,I might add, Dominique was uncomplaining about having to walk up the stairs to the sixth floor carrying his equipment as the lift was out of order

Great service, he came and removed my broken freezer, helped me move it outside, and then installed my new freezer, checked it was all working. Highly impressed and stuck to price quoted on the phone.

Dominic was super helpful fixing my dishwasher and very polite. Will definitely be calling him again if anything breaks!

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a diagnostic after being told my wine fridge could be repaired by replacing the compressor and switching to R440a — a solution they proposed. After hearing nothing for a while, I had to chase for an update. I was then told they no longer recommended the repair due to safety concerns, despite it being their own suggestion. I followed up again and got no response. I was left with no repair, no clear explanation, and no follow-up — despite paying for a service I reasonably believed would lead to a fix. it feels like they took the diagnostic charge and ran

Arrived at the time agreed, managed to fix the issue on the day, charge was as stated.

Works were undertaken with care and consideration, kept to the timeframe, and can out same day. Many thanks
