• Fantastic flat roof repair

  Phil from Favell did a brilliant of helping me in a fairly urgent situation. Our large flat roof (~5 years old) had started leaking in various places during the recent downpours, causing large stains and plaster to crack. Phil swiftly came round, diagnosed the root cause, ordered parts and put a good deal of effort into ensure a long-term repair was made. Excellent service all round.

  I commissioned Favell roofing to replace a complete flat roof including new structural boarding. Phil communicated well during the quote process and worked with me on timing as I needed to co-ordinate with other works and trades. I gave him the appropriate contact numbers and he liaised with them direct. The whole process was seamless. He and his team arrived promptly every morning and worked ceaselessly. Any minor problems encountered were communicated immediately and quickly resolved. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
