Feng was prompt to arrive, efficient, courteous and tidy. He explained very clearly what the problem was, gave me an accurate and reasonable estimate which corresponded to the final invoice. He also offered helpful advice on replacing sockets. I recommend him as an excellent local tradesperson, and I would use him again.

Feng did a brilliant job. He was very communicative ahead of the visit and showed up on time. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. There was a complication with some wiring but he managed to solve the problem which arose due to some shoddy electrical work done by someone else years ago. Would highly recommend Feng!!

Request a quote for Consumer unit replacement

Request a quote, get what app massage asking to see photos of the unit. Message back and forward a few time discuss the problem that needs fixing ,I made a comment about pricing the last massage said he will need half of the money upfront before he can start work. Who does that? I am sure that’s not normal practice of professional people? To me is sound very rude without even speaking to him. Won’t be using him.

He wants quotation for fuse board change but really what he needs is Satisfactory EICR, I am spending my time to go through his third party EICR and provide a quotation for fix all C1 and C2 issues and fuse board change.He replied to me said wants pay cash and pay less but I refused ( I am right, the person like him will never pay the job), and than I am asking if need go ahead need pay half of deposit ( is this not trade standard ?) all our small business need pay upfront otherwise who going to protect my small business if client refused to pay? I don't even start any job with this client and then he start complaining, does he lose any thing or do I force him to pay me? Such a simple thing PAY HALF PRICE UPFRONT is that difficult ??
