Emergency slate roof repair and extractor fan fix - brilliant job all in all!
Frank was very prompt in getting to us to assess the situation given the urgency (missing tiles on a slate roof with no felt, during the rainiest period for decades!), and when we was here was the only one of several people to give us a quote to investigate thoroughly enough to know the damp on our kitchen ceiling was caused by the malpractice of a prior tradesman - who had put our extractor fan down a cavity wall rather than out of a vent. Complete re-roof including dormer and flat roof
The work was carried out to the highest standard and we are very pleased. We were kept fully informed throughout the work. Always courteous and friendly and clean and tidy working. Frank came to our rescue after a "cowboy" had left our property in a bad state.
