Boiler repair (on very cold day!)
F Church were amazing from start to finish - they were friendly, efficient, reassuring, expert and generally great! During a cold snap, we found ourselves with zero heating and a VERY cold house - expecting a long wait, they sent someone the following day, arrived exactly when promised, diagnosed the issue straight away, fixed it efficiently and also helped with some very useful advice on a couple of other issues. leaking water

Fix broken cistern.

Leaking shower drain
We called the plumber out to look at our leaking shower drain and provide a quote to fix it. He arrived on a weekday afternoon, so not out of hours, and said we would be provided with a quote shortly, no work was carried out. We never received a quote but the company have been sending us invoices for about £100 and have not responded to our requests for an explanation of this charge. Boiler pipe work repair
The company were very efficient, worked out the problem quickly and returned with the necessary new pipe work. Completed the job very quickly and very tidy. Such a joy to have someone who not only replied quickly but I didn’t have to wait long for them to turn up and do the job.
