  Promised to provide a certificate for the installation, but never did. Later when I did call another firm to provide certification, it became clear the work had not been done correctly.

  Khalifa was very polite and quick to respond to messages. He proposed a really good solution which was optimal for our needs. He was efficient in completing the job and cleaned up well. I would certainly ask him back to do any further work.

  FDE did a nice job, they showed up on time, tidied up when finished and also did it within timeframe provided in the quote.
