    First impressions Mark was punctual and polite. Quote received , very competitive, so job booked in quickly. Day of the job and Mark was punctual, polite and hardworking and got the job done in good time to a very high standard. I cannot recommend more highly - good price and does exactly what he says he will do, quickly and well leaving the site clean and tidy.

    I liked that Mark actually came out and spent time assessing the job. He then gave a competitive quote and speedy start date. His including sorting out the scaffolding was very helpful. The work was messy. Brick dust is a pain. He and Liam endeavoured to keep it to a minimum and cleaned up the brickwork and windows afterwards, despite my not having an outside tap for them to use a power washer. They worked long and hard in the summer heat and produced a polished result.
