Jonty, very nice guy. Replaced old pipes and valves in order for water softener to be installed. Knowledgable, patiently explained all options, answered all queries clearly. Punctual, worked cleanly and tidily. Let me confident that, if a problem were to occur, I could shut down system to minimise water damage

Fabio rang on time to say he was on his way. He carried out his service efficiently as usual. He is very good to deal with and totally reliable as are FD Plumbing & Heating. Fabio took time out to run through some of the heating controls with us and produced a mini video of basics. Excellent.

FD plumbing is one of the best companies if not the best in London that carried out a full hot water cylinder installation. Professional and courteous. Lucy, Fabio and above all Simon were all a treat to deal with. Have already committed to other jobs with them. Highly recommended.

Very efficient service. My initial call was taken by an AI assistant. At first I was reluctant to speak to an AI, but it was ok and the booking was made and details of the job correctly logged by the AI. Half an hour later a human phoned me to check that all was in order. The visit was successful and the two blocked drains cleared. Fabio was very knowledgeable and friendly.

FD Plumbing and heating are my go to for any Plumbing/heating/boiler issues. They are reliable, professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't use any other company.
