I cant recommend Paul & Jack highly enough, from the initial survey to the installation it was first class all the way. Paul looked after us from start to finish, providing helpful advice for different types of a/c units, was helpful refining quotes, fully understood the brief with clever routing of pipes and mounting of external fans, quick and professional installation. Professional, tidy, and a lovely guy
We have now used Paul for a second time, and he continues to exceed expectations. From the initial consultation, he was incredibly patient, friendly, and willing to explain every detail of the process. His work is truly exceptional. Not only was he consistently punctual and professional, but he is also remarkably tidy, leaving the house spotless after every visit. The finish of the AC units is so sleek that many of our friends and family have commented on how clean the installation looks.
