I'm about 6 months late for this review so apologies! Ross fitted the carpets on our stairs a few months ago and was absolutely fab! He was punctual, the work was excellent and his work ethic is clearly strong. I was very comfortable having him in my home and plan to contact FEF flooring again for future work.

From start to finish Ross from FEF flooring, not even more helpful or accommodating. They arrived and got straight into cutting and fitting the carpet. I had left the choice of the Carpet and its colour. Totally to Ross Just setting a budget quality of the Carpet, the colour he chose and the professionalism of the fitting was 2nd to none I have already got him booked to go round to my parents and do their carpet. You won’t find a nicer or better carpet company out there.

The second carpet Cuzco has fitted for us. Excellent quality work. Highly recommended

Our bedroom carpet had developed a large, raised section. We contacted Cuzco Flooring to come and investigate the cause and what could be done. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Upon investigation they discovered the original fitter (not them) had not laid the underlay correctly. This had stretched causing a bump under the carpet. The problem was quickly solved, and the carpet refitted. All work was carried out quickly and any waste material was removed. We have no hesitation in recommending and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Really nice guys, great advice and very helpful. Smooth communication with Ross. Ross and his colleague made a lovely job of laying some vinyl down and were very tidy and quick. I won't hesitate to call them next time I need a carpet laid. Excellent work

Ross was excellent, he responded really quickly and fitted the carpet the next day - even managed to sort out an issue of my incorrect measurements and make it fit so my wife didn't find out! Top man and his work was of a very high standard - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. Next time I'll get him to measure and supply the carpet for sure. Don't bother with the high street brands - go straight to Ross!
