    A close friend needed building work undertaken on a property that had been empty for almost 4 years. I came onto Checkatrade on her behalf to search for a reputable builder and left a posting of the work required. I was contacted by Godswill of Felix and Sons and we arranged for him to view the property and provide a quote. I read his previous reviews and was impressed so we asked him to undertake the work. He was very professional, polite and explained to us what needed doing. Believe me he did an excellent job and was reasonably priced as well. We would certainly recommend him.

    Felix and Sons provided me with a very good service. I requested a 10' x 8' shed base constructed in my garden, which they constructed perfectly. They were always on time, polite and courteous and very tidy. The quality of their workmanship was very good, and I would happily recommend then to family and friends.

    Small job, just filling in a hole that the original builders covered up with flashing. Gap btw house wall and sloping kitchen roof, just needed the concrete under the roof tiles extended a few inches to prevent bees getting in to nest (as in 2023). Gentleman visited a few days earlier, to see what was needed, was polite and accommodating even tho I messed him around a little (my mistake). Appointment set, arrived on time, work done and cleaned up fine. All looks good so far, tho only time will tell. Am happy with the job.
