He gave us one hour slot to come but turned up late. While using his grass trimmer a small stone was flung towards our window and shattered it. Felix initially refused to to accept responsibility but when pushed, he said he didn't want to use his public liability insurance. When I refused to accept that, he forwarded his insurance policy (Direct Line) and asked me to chase them. I called them today and they said that he should have contacted them when it happened. They will contact him tomorrow because the claim has to be filed by him. He is not replying to my messages anymore.

Felix was very knowledgeable and trimmed a large Leylandii conifer, removed two Ash trees and did a fine job at a great price. Highly recommended service and will definitely use him and his team again.

Garden has been unattended during lockdown and was long overdue some TLC. Felix provided an initial quote and was very patient with my relentless questions. Very flexible in current situation, arrived on time, very professional, focussed, and left the site tidy. Price as agreed, would recommend
