He responded very quickly to my request and was very re-assuring that he could come out and improve a bad job that had previously been done by another tradesman. Terry came out as he promised on time and he explained everything clearly that needed to be done. Terry of Fencing Service Yorkshire was tremendous. From the onset the communication was brilliant. Terry had an idea after I sent him some photos of a fence I had erected less than a year ago and was falling apart. Terry was re-assuring and promised he would come at the weekend to improve the state it was in including fixing back the gate that had dropped off.
