£2000 worth of work was carried out to repair a flat roof on an extension on 2nd March 2022. In November 2022 we noticed internal water damage on the inside of the property again. I have been chasing Ferndale Roofing for 9 months to get them to come round to make good. I was also given a 15 year guarantee with the work. Despite initial communications and agreement that the work was under warranty, they have failed to appear to fix it. Very disappointing and not good enough I'm afraid.

It has been 2 weeks since we last heard from Ferndale and they are yet to complete all the work that they were contracted for. The main reason we had work done was for a leak in the chimney which upon inspection has not been fixed. We are unable to get a hold of Ferndale and it is looking like we will have to take this to court to get them to complete on their contractual obligations.

Excellent service came out night before went on roof in poor light agreed to come back next day and fix which they did Really professional company obviously I didn’t want to go on the roof so he showed me multi photos of what they had done to fix problem. I had a leaky roof after heavy rain, and Ferndale came out same day and patched it up, very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
