It was a complex end of terrace project and Paulo supported us through preapp and full app. He helped us explore a few options and select the optimal in a pragmatic way. He also maintained good interaction with the council throughout and other parties (structural engineer and builders). Paulo was able to understand our ideas and implement, or propose something related but workable. We felt it was a true partnership. Fairly priced, creative and reliable to complete all the tasks agreed. I would highly recommend Paulo and if needed I would use his service again.

I would highly recommend Paulo for his architect services. He was extremely responsive and informative in his messages and very appropriate and professional (especially given COVID!) when undertaking the on site visit. His drawings were prompt and he was happy to revise them based on my thoughts, and was patient when I had to wait for a response from the neighbours. My planning permission process is still ongoing but I can only imagine Paulo will be very useful as it continues - would very much recommend for his skill and help.
