The doors were not put on properly. The very same day it came loose again. He came back to reattach it then but its come loose again for the second time. This should not be happening if the job was done well. When I have informed him of the situation he refused to amend the problem and tried to blame the kitchen doors instead saying they are old when the kitchen was brand new when I moved in not long ago. There is no effort made to rectify the issue and the should have been done correctly the first time so this same issue would not keep happening again and again along with the inconvenience.

He did an excellent job or the work, taking great care to do it right and properly. The job proved to be more difficult than we thought due to issues with damp but he dealt with that all very well and did an excellent job despite it being more than he signed up for. He was always polite and thoughtful and we would certainly recommend based on our job
