Made an appointment but did not turn up nor ansdered my phone calls. Really disappointed. I have cancelled to go to Fringe Festivel to stay at home. Really disppaointed. Never use this firm agai.

ignition spark was faulty. The engineer diagnosed the issue quickly, recommended a replacement instead of a repair for cost & reliability reasons, and was able to install the new hob the very next day. Efficient, friendly, no mess left behind.

I cannot praise Ali enough. It was one of the best contracting work experiences for what could have been a nightmare start to a recent home purchase. We were without hot water and low water pressure in a 1950s home with old pipework and giant, gross water tank. Ali came the next day after inspecting the issues and suggested an upgrade to a combi-boiler at a fraction of the cost of what Scottish Gas quoted. He stayed late in the evening and returned the next day to finish- even replaced a kitchen tap for me on this job. We are so pleased and will call him for any other future works!!!

Ali arrived promptly after phoning .He explained in detail problems with my old boiled.I decided better to have it replaced.Ali did that the very same day.Worked late into the evening to complete installation.Very happy with him and can highly recommend.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this young man absolute gentleman fixed my boiler in no time even though it was minor still absolutely brilliant I highly recommend this lad for anyone with boiler issues very very polite courteous and a true professional at his job..showed respect coming into my home asked if ok with shoes on in house absolutely delighted I chose him.. 110% recommend
