  Network Installation

  Excellent Service.

Marc was very good at explaining what needed to be done and took time in ensuring things went smoothly. The engineer Justin is excellent and clearly knows what he is doing. Overall, I am very happy with the job and Marc has offered to come back once the internet has been installed to ensure everything is running as is. Thanks guys.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I had no idea what I was doing, but he put me completely at ease and explained everything clearly. The work was done to a high standard and I couldn’t be happier with the result

Ethernet cabling in the outhouse extension.

I was looking for someone to complete the ethernet cabling in my rear extension. I contacted Mark who was very helpful and responsive in providing the initial quote and for scheduling the job. Justin arrived on the agreed date and time and completed the job as per expectations. I would recommend this business and would use them again in the future.

  Great! Technical network issue resolved

We’re very happy with our experience with Fibrenow. Our network setup is quite technical, incorporating UniFi products like gateways and cloud keys, but Marc took the time to fully understand the issue. He not only resolved the problem while walking me through each step, but also provided clear recommendations for improvements moving forward. Very thorough, professional, and kind — I’d definitely use Marc’s services again.
