Was let down by a company after they had installed a new boiler. They were to have fitted radiator lockshields but, even after three phone calls had not done so. I contacted Fife and Lothian and Trevor arrived at 7.45 to quote for the job. He noticed that there was a leak at one valve and without being asked he made a repair. A date was set for the job. In-between time I received a call from the original company who said they would (at last) be carrying out the job. I contacted Trevor to cancel which he did with no fuss. When I need future work done I will be using Fife and Lothian.

Quick and efficient, very happy with the boiler service and gas safe check they did inc. The gas hob. Very friendly and would definitely use them again.

I was really pleased with the service. We were having issues with our boiler and it was quickly diagnosed and fixed as soon as the parts were available. Very prompt, polite and reliable and issues were fixed in line with the quote provided. I would use this service again.

Very nice and friendly team. Work carried out to a high level. Willing to talk and explain the problem at all times.
