Initial phone call followed by very prompt site visit to investigate gas supply issue. Alex was helpful and knowledgeable and liaised with Cadent for us. Finbra are always very responsive and do a great job. Highly recommended.

Finbra answered my enquiry quickly and efficiently, came to make the repair the same day, and I was very pleased with the service. I will be using Finbra in the future.

Kieran was punctual and tidy. He came to our property a few times and we received great service start to finish. He fixed our issues with not having hot water, he fixed an air lock in our shower and supplied and installed x2 radiator TRVs and lock shields. The communication from Kieran and Joanna in the office were brilliant. We also dealt with Toby who was very helpful too. Prices were competitive and always clearly communicated prior to work starting.

All went smoothly, arrived on time, new toilet installed with minimum fuss. Tidy and clean throughout.
