    Insurance quote

Fatlum came out to provide a quote for repair after my fairly new tumble dryer developed a fault. Highly professional, great knowledge and excellent communication through out. Highly recommend. Reasonable call out charge to cover his time.

    Fridge / Freezer Repair

    Excellent repair to fridge-freezer

I had a problem with a noisy fan inside the Fridge-Freezer. He ordered the replacement parts and had them delivered to my home. When they arrived I sent him a brief message and he popped over and replaced the faulty parts. No fuss. Highly recommended and will use again.

    Faulty Samsung dryer, no power.

Fatlum was great in his communication and turned up exactly in time. He was careful and methodical in his approach to diagnosing the issue. He showed me exactly what had gone wrong, and gave an honest appraisal of the costs to repair before going forward.
