Installed Cormar primo Ultra and sensations 11mm underlay on stairs and landing. Within a week or so of fitting the carpet was wrinkled and bumpy over a run in hallway. They did come out to restretch it once however since it looks even worse again. I did consider whether to leave a review as I don’t like leaving negative feedback however given all my messages, emails are now being ignored I felt it was the right thing to warn other people before proceeding

I have never seen two chaps work so fast and so efficiently. My gripper rods were down, the underlay fitted and a secondhand carpet cut to size and fitted all within the space of 50 minutes. I would highly recommend this firm.

They showed up on time, kept me up to date with any information prior to the job taking place. Very good job done all round, efficient and quality work completed.
