Had doors replaced, wall panelling and decoration
Absolutely delighted with the work undertaken and quality delivered. A special call out to Ryan (Ninja) for his dedication - we had several workmen coming in, all of them were courteous. I was particularly impressed by inception visit to ensure that client feedback is obtained before the payment.Verified reviewerJob location: BR5RInderpreet S8.67 Carpenter

Workman came back to adjust work even though I had oaid
The job was completed to my satisfaction. At first the workman got some measurements wrong as he failed to take account of the metal holding the wood in place but he came back and did an excellent job even though I had already paid. I was very pleased.Verified reviewerJob location: BR68.33 Painter / Decorator

Excellent and Professional service
TGS carried out a full renovation on my property on Ardfillan Road and completely transformed it from a run down house with holes in the ceiling to a high quality, beautifully finished home. The attention to detail was excellent and every tradesperson worked to a very high standard. Communication was clear throughout the project and the team was reliable and professional. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend TGS for any renovation work.Verified reviewerJob location: SE6

About TGS
We are a professional property maintenance company based in Bromley, covering South East London and Kent. Our team specialises in high quality carpentry and painting and decorating — from a single repair to a full property renovation.
Whether you are a homeowner looking to transform your space or a landlord preparing a property between tenants, we deliver work that is done properly, on time and with minimal disruption to you.
Our Carpentry Service
Good carpentry is the foundation of a well finished property. We cover door hanging, door repairs, skirting boards, architrave, fitted furniture, shelving, kitchen fitting, decking and general joinery. Every job is measured, fitted and finished with care — because the details matter.
From Carpentry to a Perfect Finish
Once the carpentry is done, the natural next step is a fresh coat of paint — and that is where we really make a space come alive. Our painting and decorating service covers interior and exterior work, feature walls, full room repaints, preparation and filling, specialist finishes and end of tenancy refreshes.
We believe that preparation is everything. A great paint job starts long before the brush hits the wall — and that attention to detail is what sets our finish apart.
Full Property Renovations
For larger projects, we offer full property renovations and refurbishments from start to finish — carpentry, painting, and everything in between.
Why Choose TGS
We turn up when we say we will, communicate clearly throughout and leave every site clean and tidy. Based in Bromley — covering Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Croydon, Bexley and surrounding areas.
