Contacted James Finney for EICR work and he sounded like a good guy.
However a Pass was issued without any inspection done, there were visible electrical issues with switches which were not detected on inspection. Also discovered James was not qualified for Electrical Inspection.
This was raised with him but he decided to stop communications with me.

We are qualified with City & Guilds, NAPIT and hold numerous other certifications covering inspection, installation, solar, EV and testing, gained through years of experience and ongoing training by all our engineers. Our software tracks our vans, records arrival/departure times and before, during and after photos to ensure consistency and quality. As you have already seen, these records confirm our attendance at your property. Communication between us unfortunately broke down when the correspondence became hostile and included comments about our business that we consider to be defamatory.
