  Exceptional support during a flood

  Alex was absolutely fantastic when we had a flood. It was a very stressful time, but he took control of the situation and coordinated all the different trades needed to get everything sorted. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We are really grateful for how organised and supportive he was throughout. It made a huge difference knowing someone reliable was handling everything.   Great team, repaired leak in my house

  A leak in my bathroom caused water damage to the ceiling of the room below. Fire and Flood came to assess the damage, repaired it, and restored the ceiling. They also repaired the other damages caused by the leak.
