  Re-roofing a bungalow.

  I was very happy with the job done. Despite the dreadful weather conditions Alan was helpful, friendly and courteous. He even came out one evening, when the wind was high, at 8pm in the to secure the covering and tiles. Little touches like a coloured mortar to the eave and putting new tiles to rear elevation, so the front looked better, just finished the job to a higher standard and added to the overall professional way the job was handled. Thank you Alan. I would recommend your work to anyone.

  New Roof and some missing guttering replaced

  We had the roof replaced by another so called local roofing specialist two year ago and they were forever coming back to sort out leaks and were never successful in sorting them out. In desperation we called Firestone who were used and recommended by our next door neighbour they redid the roof and sorted out two persistent problems that despite all the heavy rain have never leaked again. We are very pleased with every aspect of the job in the way it was completed and the quality of materials used. In addition we have a solid 25 year guarantee. Just wish we had used Alan first time around.

  Removed old chimney brick by brick down to roof level , necessary timber work to joists,, tiled in area with a match to existing tiles. Cleaned up and left area tidy

  From our very first conversation with Adam we were certain we made the right choice in choosing him to do the work on our chimney and roof. When all work had been carried out you‘d never know he’d been here, from the clean and tidy way the area was left to the perfect match of roof tiles. You’d never know we’d had a chimney. Adam and his colleague turned up when they said they would were polite and courteous throughout, very approachable especially patient with any concerns I had. Look no further for a reliable co. Any future roofing work we will only use FRS, can’t praise high enough.

  Flat roof repair

  Brilliant job stopped an ongoing leak just in time for the bad weather. Highly recommended clean, polite,trustworthy and very affordable 10/10!!!!

  Fixed ongoing leak and gutters

  We have had other roofers in to find and fix a leak in the bedroom neither have managed to fix it and with the weather turning the leak has continued to ruin the ceiling we called Alan and he managed to pop round the same day gave us a detailed diagnosis of the problem and showed us photos of everything we felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing he sent us a quote with the list of work he needed to do and booked us in for the following week. The work he did not only stopped the problem but was to a very high standard! Clean, tidy, affordable and professional.
