Dreadful customer service. Rude arrogant. Blind keeps breaking but apparently that’s what it’s supposed do So it’s our fault for trying to actually use it. Not fit for purpose, saying the product doesn’t have a guarantee, told my partner they had fitted it the wrong way round (incompetent) and then after fixing it the first time denied it, then when you call them they just hang up on you. AVOID THIS COMPANY

John was very professional, friendly, and fitted the blind (which looks fantastic!) within no time. A thorough job, and I am delighted with the blind and how it really finishes off the kitchen. Very professional, insulation very good and they showed full attention to detail

Have used First4Blinds before, that's why they are back fitting more blinds. Lads did a perfect job and were very courteous and quick. Blinds look brilliant and now all my front windows match. I would highly recommend this company.
