  We had had 2 previous visits from other companies to try and get to the bottom of our intermittent fault with no luck, so we were really impressed by the attention to detail and knowledge the engineer showed, our boiler and system has been working brilliantly ever since - very impressed

  Boiler had stopped working

  Luke talked me through what he thought the problem might be on the phone and fixed it free of charge. Soooo grateful as have 88yr old in the house with serious health challenges. THANKYOU. Put a huge Christmas smile on my face praying you will be blessed for your kindness.

  New Boiler plus new hot water tank.

  This is the second time we have used first 4 heating. We had a new boiler installed in April which we were very pleased with service given. When our hot water tank started leaking in August I called them again. Luke came to give an estimate within a couple of hours. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  New boiler installation

  Luke and Andy fitted a new boiler for me, I was lucky to get the boiler I wanted in such a short time frame considering the manufacturing problems. The installation was very professional and painless, Luke was very informative during the whole process. Would recommend.
