Did a good job but I only asked for a quote.
Did a fantastic job fixing two broken window locks, turned up on time etc. Only problem was I had only asked for a quote! So felt trapped into paying for a job I hadn't asked to commence. Felt a bit mislead and unsure where the confusion came from. Otherwise would have recommended.Verified reviewerJob location: L22Response from First4locks Ltd
Hi im sorry you felt that i didnt give you a quote that is never my intention. I thank you for the review but feel the score is a little unfair as i can see you where happy with my service. Regards James
