  Dave & Scotty Removed & replaced a leaking Emerson tank. Completed in a day . Returned to rectify minor problems at no extra charge . Knowledgeable & friendly Would recommend to family & friends. Always replied to messages if busy which reassured us that he cared about our query .

  Dave and his team were quick to come out and give us a quote and then complete the work. Dave was very knowledgeable and was able to give advice throughout the job. We are really pleased with our new boiler and the price we paid for it too. Thank you, we will definitely use First Aid again!

  Contacted us while he was on holiday. Agreed to work the next morning (Saturday). Fast resolution. Text me it was working before I could arrive. This after another company said it couldn't be fixed. Excellent work, reliable, great communication, punctual, left the place spotless.
