    Not Happy

    Unfortunately the engineer had to go to screw fix twice, he did not check the bits he needed for both jobs before going. I would have thought a plumber would have carried piping for a leaking overflow pipe for a cistern. I heard him twice talking on the phone to someone on how to do the job. He was meant to change a washer in the tap for my water filter but unfortunately snapped the tap off instead. Very pleasant young man, but I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY again. They did however turn up when they said they would and communication was good.

To clarify, the part required was a specialist item, so this was not something our engineer would routinely carry on the van. When you heard him on the phone, he was speaking with our office team to arrange and order the correct part needed for the job. While we appreciate your frustration, we do understand that the work was completed for you, we arrived when agreed, communication was maintained throughout, and we charged the amount that had been quoted.
