By time I had made a request to FirstCall, these lovely people had sorted out the logistics, the problem and a more than reasonable costing The professional that came out to my flat was also super helpful and talked me through the whole process. Bed bugs gone and a happy partner!

I had bedbugs all over my headboard, within my bed frame storage, on my curtains and even on my sofas. James was very polite and knowledgeable made me feel very at ease throughout the whole process and after the 3 recommended visits, I was bedbug free! They stuck to their word and also provide a warranty to give you peace of mind. Strongly recommend.

Jonathan from the Carpentry Department was so helpful, I had an idea on how we wanted our wardrobes and under-stair storage to look but after seeing some of the similar projects completed by First Call, we decided to take some of their ideas and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This has breathed new life into my home. I can access my gas and electrical metres comfortably and utilise the space below my stairs for storage as I originally wanted. My son’s wardrobe is outstanding! Level of craftsmanship is incredible and the team were so mindful when ensuring my home was clean throughout.
