Excellent service from start to finish. Called First Choice for an emergency as I was experiencing issues with my outside drain backing up. They sent someone same day and cleared the blockage quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

Our drains at our 20 year old modern house on an estate were getting blocked regularly. Following a CCTV survey it became clear that because they had been installed poorly and had lost the fall required to take the waste away. We had to dig through the foundations, lay new pipes and build new manholes. First Choice understood our problem and solved it - their team was extremely knowledgeable and professional, the work was started and completed very quickly, and I was very happy with the cost.

Easy to give 10/10 in each bracket as team were on time, did exactly what was asked. Talked through options when job proved to be more complex. Were careful with floor tiles etc when removing drain covers. Respectful of our home, clearly dedicated to solving the issues and left the place tidy with good advice for avoiding issues in the future. Blocked drains now clear. Sink draining properly and more importantly dreadful smell gone. All at transparent and reasonable price.

Have used First Choice for a number of years now for emptying Septic tank and any drain blockage. So easy to deal with. Phone them and they are there there at the first opportunity. Guys are really polite and friendly and have never had any problems. Would highly recommend
