Sewer connection
Very professional and friendly service both from office and site teams. Very pleased with the support received throughout process and works. I highly recommend this first class drainage company.
Installation of French drain
The company is well-organised and dealt quickly and thoughtfully with our request, planning and finances. The two men who carried out the job explained carefully what they would do to install a French drain by the side of our house. They worked hard and efficiently and adapted the plan to accommodate the problems that arose. They completed the job in two days and they and the Excavations Manager were very pleasant and helpful throughout.
Clearing blocked bath
Always use First Choice and have done for many years. They have never let us down. Very efficient, great communication and available 24 hours a day in an emergency. Faultless!
Clearing a blocked pipe from the toilet and clearing up afterwards.
The guys turned up within the time agreed, were pleasant and helpful. They cleared the blockage from the toilet and the downpipe and cleared up afterwards. They were helpful discussing the possible causes of the blockage so I could get the problem sorted properly.

Blocked drain under the drain cover
The plumbers were polite, helpful and prompt with their work. They explained the work they were going to do and then got on swiftly with it. I was very impressed by the service!

Blocked Toilet
First Choice were recommended to me by my plumber. An appointment was quickly secured by the efficient admin team for day following request McCauley and Alfie arrived on time, fixed the problem and tidied up afterwards. Both were very personable I have no hesitation in recommending First Choice.
