Response from First Choice Fencing
This has been a genuine case where communication has been missed. We have been extremely busy the past few month. The customers' emails went into our junk/spam. We never received any voicemails and the mobile is on divert to the landline. However our phone line is internet based and the connectivity in our area is pretty poor. We are in the process of getting fibre installed to prevent this problem re-occurring. We have scheduled to attend the client's property tomorrow to rectify the issue with the fence. All covered under our after care service/warranty. We have apologised and the matter is being dealt with.
